In November, Charles and I moved into Pershing Studios. Pershing is a renovated middle school turned into twenty four studio apartments in Downtown Tulsa's Historic Owen Park. We love our space, but we also love the community of people living here + the location. Just minutes away from downtown, Charles and I usually ride our bikes to our favorite coffee shops on nice days! In the last few photos, you'll see our hallway full of lockers + our neighbors' bicycles.
I've been wanting to do a home tour for quite sometime and last week, we finally made it happen. We've partnered with West Elm Tulsa + brought in some fun pieces that I'll list below with a link where you can find them for yourself!
A fun little side note: In one of the picture frames, you'll find a photo of me as a baby, my mom, mimi, + great grandmother in front of "Abbey Rose" a tea + soap + antique shop I was named after. In another picture frame, you'll see a photo of Charles' Granny Estelle Metcalf and her husband Charles Henry Metcalf II, who Charles was named after. We don't have space for much in here, so everything is either functional or meaningful to us + I would't have it any other way.
* We used to have a massive desk where the austin swivel leather chair + fiddle leaf now is. My mom came in and helped us minimize + create more space for entertaining!
* All plants are from Ted & Debbies Flower & Garden at 39th and Harvard.
